How does your working day look like
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for group and leisure segments.
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitor offerings and potential business opportunities within the group and leisure markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients travel agencies event planners and other stakeholders to promote the hotels offerings.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and contracts for groups ensuring that all client requirements are met.
- Negotiate pricing terms and conditions with clients to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
- Organize and participate in sales events trade shows and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
- Work closely with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities forecasts and market analysis. Provide regular reports to the Director of Sales/Assistant Director of Sales on performance metrics.
- Mentor and train junior sales staff as needed fostering a collaborative and highperforming sales culture.

- Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Management Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on groups and leisure.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
