Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Officer Contract Management to support the comprehensive management of all contract activities from creation through closure. This role involves assisting with endtoend contract administration including contract creation evaluation of variations performance tracking and renewal or termination processes. The successful candidate will work closely with end users legal and finance teams to ensure all contractrelated matters are effectively addressed while maintaining compliance with company standards.
- Support Contract Lifecycle Management: Assist in managing contracts from inception to completion ensuring compliance with all terms and collaborating with project managers legal counsel and finance on any contractrelated issues.
- Contract Preparation and Evaluation: Draft contracts in line with approved award criteria and company standards working with legal and other stakeholders as required.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all contracts and provide regular updates on contract status to senior management.
- Performance Monitoring and Risk Management: Oversee contract performance manage renewals or terminations identify risks and suggest risk mitigation measures.
- Compliance and Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to contract management regulations policies and corporate excellence standards while suggesting improvements to enhance procedures processes and policies.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Finance or a related field. A Master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CPSM CIPS) is preferred.
- Experience:
- With a Bachelors degree: 8 to 12 years of experience in sourcing procurement or supply chain management.
- With a Masters degree: 4 to 6 years of experience in sourcing procurement or supply chain management.
