Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings screening resumes conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support to employees on various HRrelated matters including policies procedures and conflict resolution.
- Handle employee complaints and grievances in a fair and confidential manner.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee morale through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and productivity.
- Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to improve performance and achieve business goals.
- Administer performance appraisal processes and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address those needs.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops both internally and externally.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
HR Administration and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. years of experience in HR management roles. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
