About the Role
As a Senior Property Consultant youll be at the forefront of Dubais dynamic property market providing clients with tailored investment advice based on indepth analysis of market trends and conditions. You will have the opportunity to work on premium offplan projects build lasting client relationships and contribute to their success while growing your own career.
What Youll Do:
Offer property investment advice to clients analyzing market conditions and identifying trends that match their needs and preferences.
Provide endtoend support to clients throughout the sales process ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Attend highprofile events and property launches organized by leading developers.
Use a proactive approach to find clients through coldcalling advertising and business presentations.
Conduct comparative market analysis to guide clients on property values and opportunities.
Engage with prospective buyers to discuss and follow up on investment opportunities.
Handle daytoday operations with CRM tools and ensure all documentation is compliant with UAE real estate regulations.
Promote sales through innovative marketing open houses and networking events.
Collaborate with the marketing team and provide new ideas for lead generation.
Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in real estate.
