Account Manager - Yo Telecom

The Role

What youll be doing Making outbound calls to customers to ensure they are happy with their telephone and broadband set up and encourage longterm satisfaction Building trusting relationships with your assigned customer accounts with a focus on improving retention and loyalty Answering inbound calls from customers and raising cases on our Salesforce CRM system Provide technical advice to Yo Telecom customers Understand and work to Company SLAs Understand and develop knowledge about multiple technologies to better serve and retain customers See problems as challenges and find effective solutions that enhance customer experience Working as part of a wider team and taking part in Yo life Working hours will be Monday Friday: 11am 8pm

Requirements
Are you the person we are looking for Fluent English verbal and written 1 year minimum experience in customer service and administration Experience managing multiple customer accounts Knowledge of the telecoms industry or previous experience in technical support is beneficial Able to multitask and work in a fast paced high pressure environment Proactive and responsive work ethic A passion for people and business Creative thinking combined with problem solving skills You can find out more about Yo via our websites and/or socials but if you think you could be our perfect match get in touch!
