Project Engineer

Description:
Develop detailed project plans outlining scopes timelines resources and budgets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all projectrelated communication.
Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and others to facilitate project execution.
Provide technical support and expertise to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Review engineering designs specifications and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
Oversee the implementation of engineering standards and best practices.
Monitor project budgets track expenses and provide regular updates to the project manager.
Evaluate and approve change orders and ensure cost control measures are in place.
Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
Conduct inspections and assessments of work completed to guarantee compliance with project requirements.
Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any quality issues.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project schedules reports and minutes from meetings.
Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations codes and safety standards.
Able to prepare estimation and costing for projects.
Can bring subcontractors and execute the job independently.
Preferred only Indian candidates for the field and company environment.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in engineering (e.g. Civil Mechanical Electrical or a related field).
Experience:
5 years of experience in engineering/project management/civil/fitout
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
High Level Proficiency in the AutoCAD REVIT and other necessary Tools to support the Drafting.
Strong knowledge of MEP Civil FitOut and Finishing processes
Additional Requirements:
Approved G1 Dubai Municipality
Holding a Valid UAE driving License Vehicle
