Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep and cleanliness of all public areas including lobbies hallways restrooms and outdoor spaces ensuring a pristine environment for guests and staff.
• Room Preparation: Support the housekeeping team by preparing and stocking rooms and service areas with necessary supplies and equipment ensuring efficiency and readiness.
• Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously enhancing their overall experience.
• Support Team Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and address any issues that arise.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both guests and staff.
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring adequate stock is available at all times.

Qualifications :
