We offer the most advanced tools and bestinclass user experience for homeseekers real estate brokers and developers. Property Finders most recent valuation secures our status among the Middle Easts emerging unicorns affirming a growthoriented identity.

Over the years weve expanded our operations to Bahrain Egypt Qatar Saudi Arabia and secured a strategic shareholding in Hepsiemlak the leading property portal in Turkey. With over 600 dedicated people in 6 regional offices we facilitate more than 14 million monthly visits across our platforms solidifying our position as a regional powerhouse in the proptech space.

As the pioneering portal for homeseekers in the region we are on a mission to motivate and inspire people to live the life they deserve.


The Head of Content will be fluent in English and Arabic and will oversee the management and execution of our content strategy across various touchpoints and disciplines across the Paid Owned and Earned media mix. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to manage a team of content creators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Content Marketing and Social Media and a proven track record of driving engagement and growth through a cohesive paid owned and earned media strategy. They will support Property Finders PR & Communications Director in in unifying the business to facilitate the creation of a single content calender across the marketing disciplines as a whole.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the companys goals and brand voice emphasizing social media public relations and a unified paid owned and earned media approach.

  • Conduct market research to identify content opportunities and gaps particularly in social media and PR channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content supports overall marketing objectives.

2. Social Media Alignment:

Work hand in hand with the Snr Social Media Manager to align on social media content creation scheduling and community management.


3. Paid Owned and Earned Media Mindset:

Support and execute integrated campaigns that leverage paid owned and earned media to maximize reach and impact.

  • Ensure the strategy is conherent across all media types aligning messaging and creative to maintain brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with advertising and media buying teams to optimize paid media spend and performance.
  • Leverage owned media assets (website blog social channels) to support broader marketing campaigns.
  • Foster relationships and partnerships to amplify earned media opportunities.

4. Content Creation and Management:

Oversee the creation of highquality engaging content for various channels including website blog social media email and more.

  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and follows best practices.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content projects.

5. Team Leadership:

Lead mentor and manage a team of content creators including writers designers and videographers.

  • Provide feedback and guidance to ensure the team produces highquality content.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

6. Performance Analysis:

Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content and social media campaigns.

  • Generate reports on content performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Adjust strategies based on datadriven insights to enhance engagement PR reach and ROI.

7. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with other departments such as sales and product to ensure content meets business needs.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align content initiatives with company objectives.
  • Represent the content team in crossfunctional meetings.

8. Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all content is consistent with the companys brand guidelines and voice.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all content outputs.


Competencies

  • Must be fluent in both AR & EN languages
  • Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience with SEO reporting
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Screaming Frog MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
  • Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with popular content management systems
  • Creativity and the ability to develop original content
  • Ability to develop content that provokes engagement

  • Strong analytical skills showing deep interest in research and analysis of businessrelated content
  • Ability to interpret website blog and social media data in gauging success of the businesss content and campaigns and communicating meaningful results to communications executives
