الوصف الوظيفي
Duties:
- Prepare and review financial statements budgets and forecasts;
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies;
- Manage financial databases and ensure data accuracy;
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings;
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decisionmaking;
- Maintain compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations;
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support financial planning and reporting;
- Stay updated on industry trends and UAE changes in accounting standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance;
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant Manager or similar role;
- Real Estate experience is mandatory;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong knowledge of AML WPS DLD and RERA compliance;
- Professional accounting certification (e.g. ACCA CPA) is a plus.
Experience: min 2 years in Real Estate agency in Dubai with high month cashflow
