Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Animator to join our creative team at Next element Marketing Management LLC a fastgrowing marketing agency. As an Animator you will create engaging animations that bring our clients stories and campaigns to life across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop highquality 2D/3D animations for digital ads social media websites and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with designers Content Writers and marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative animations aligned with brand messaging
• Produce motion graphics explainer videos and short animations for various clients
• Conceptualize and storyboard animation sequences based on project briefs
• Optimize animations for different platforms (web mobile social media)
• Stay current on animation trends techniques and software updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Animator in a marketing agency or similar environment
• Strong proficiency in animation and motion graphics software (e.g. Adobe After Effects Blender Maya or Cinema 4D)
• A portfolio showcasing a range of animations and motion graphics projects
• Strong understanding of timing movement and storytelling in animation
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience in character animation 3D modeling or video editing
• Knowledge of visual effects (VFX) and compositing techniques
