We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Credit Card Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers providing expert advice and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be pionate about financial products have strong sales ss and be able to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell a range of credit card products to prospective customers. Utilize various sales techniques to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Customer Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable credit card products. Provide detailed information about card features benefits and terms.
  • Application istance: Guide customers through the credit card application process including helping them complete necessary paperwork and ensuring all required doentation is submitted.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels including direct outreach referrals and networking events. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Address any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay uptodate with the latest credit card products promotions and industry trends. Provide clients with accurate and relevant information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Reporting and Doentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and application statuses. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Adhere to ethical sales practices and maintain the highest standards of integrity.

Ss and Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales preferably in the financial services or credit card industry. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Communication Ss: Excellent verbal and written communication ss. Ability to explain complex financial products in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service ss with a focus on building relationships and providing exceptional support.
  • ProblemSolving: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Strong ytical ss to ess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and other salesrelated tools. Comfort with online application systems and digital sales platforms.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in application processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments to achieve common goals.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree in business finance or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in credit card sales or a related financial sales role is advantageous.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Environment: Primarily officebased with occasional travel for client meetings and networking events.
  • Hours: Specify working hours e.g. 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday with flexibility as needed.
