In this role you will lead the Retail Sales in (Kuwait Qatar Oman Bahrain) and handle the distribution of Motorola Smartphones and accessories. You will report to the Mobile Business Group Sales Director based in Dubai United Arab Emirates.



These are your detailed responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships between country distributors and Motorola retail business partners
  • Achieve channel sellout targets including value volume and distribution
  • Develop and execute the business strategy and drive endtoend ownership and accountability that includes complete ownership of the sales and retail process
  • Define and Review Key Performance Indicators to ensure the achievement of Motorola Business growth targets
  • Lead and manage the field sales team (Area managers field force brand ambador etc.) to ensure business growth and perfect
  • Work with crossfunctional teams including sales product logistics sales operations and marketing to build a gotomarket strategy for product launches define a portfolio based on local requirements and drive global priorities


What Youll Bring/ Position Requirements:

  • At least 10 years sales management experience within the technology smartphone industry with some exposure to high volume sales and proven track record of hightech product sales management experience in retail.
  • Fluency in Business English
  • Proven track record of growing revenues profitability and market share in a highvolume technology related company
  • Exposure to selfmanagement team working and time management in a complex matrix environment
  • Be Innovative with the ability to spot develop and implement business opportunities
