Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse- Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough mental health essments and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
  
• Administer medications and monitor patients for efficacy and adverse reactions.
  
• Provide theutic support and counseling to patients and their families.
  
• Conduct group therapy sessions and educational workshops.
  
• Collaborate with psychiatrists psychologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and emergency protocols as needed.
  
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  
• Must have experience in mental health/ psychiatry.
  
• Valid nursing license in the UAE or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing.
  
• Strong understanding of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  
• Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations.
  
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language ss are an advantage.
