THE OPPORTUNITY

As Sales and Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will play a vital role in shaping our sales strategy acquiring new clients and maintaining strong customer relationships. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mastering F&B business Sapaad and Fintech Model is a must.
  • Prospect and develop new SME leads.
  • Manage Enterprise customers and develop new Enterprise Leads.
  • Understand and analyze competition through market intelligence.
  • Gain indepth knowledge of Sapaad and market dynamics for effective sales leadership.
  • Create and execute strategies to boost sales volume and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound leads within assigned territories.
  • Monitor and maintain daily lead uploads in HubSpot.
  • Maximize demotoactivation success rate.
  • Develop and track KPIs and metrics for performance evaluation.
  • Present sales revenue and expense reports along with realistic forecasts.
  • Stay updated on F&B hospitality and food tech industry trends.
  • Participate in customer training and education programs.
  • Maintain high availability for business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A robust track record in F&B/POS/Fintech sales demonstrating a history of successful client acquisition and revenue growth with a focus on B2B sales.
  • An exceptional understanding of the F&B/POS/Fintech market including its unique challenges and opportunities allowing for effective market penetration strategies.
  • Proven negotiation communication and presentation skills to engage and close deals effectively.
  • Ownership of a personal vehicle and a valid UAE driving license as the role may require travel within the region.
