Job Title: Procurement/Purchase Officer
Location: Dubai UAE
We are looking for an experienced Procurement/Purchase Officer with a background in building contracting to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute procurement activities related to civil and MEP projects
Handle End to end procurement process.
Procurement records should be maintained in ERP system.
Collaborate with project teams and engineers to understand material requirements and specifications
Should be having good relationship with the supplier or vendors
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering
- Experience should be between 23 years only
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement within a building contracting company.
- Strong knowledge of Civil and MEP specifications.
- Proficiency in managing Open LPOs and Close LPOs.
- Experience with ERP software
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: AED4000.00 AED5000.00 per month
