IT Support Staff

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in in computer science information technology or similar.
• Minimum years of experience 25 years experience as an IT support specialist
• Indepth knowledge of computer hardware software and networks.
• Ability to determine IT needs and train endusers.
• Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
• Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.

Responsibilities:

• He/she is responsible to perform regular checkups or inspections in networking devices AV infrastructure and other IT/AV related peripherals.
• Provides technical assistance and troubleshooting on hardware/software issues.
• Ensure printer management configuration and other scanning devices.
• Setting up Apple devices (Laptop IPAD Mobile phones & Apple TV) and AV systems including other peripherals
• Doing backup & restoration of IOS platform devices if required
• Setting up projectors and sound systems as per request.
• Setting up gaming devices for the kids for their personal use & Events.
• Installation & updating of application software as required with management approval.
• Setting up the operating system (windows XP78 & 1011 & MAC OSX)
• Assist in the actual events for technicalities and sometimes printing/laminating/labelling
• Perform any other related duties as required and asked by the reporting manager.
