The Typist PRO will handle all typing and document processing for the company primarily dealing with government forms visa applications labor contracts and other legal documents required in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UAE government procedures excellent typing skills in both Arabic and English and strong experience working with the UAEs government portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Preparation & Processing:
- Accurately type and prepare various documents including visa applications labor contracts company trade license renewals and governmentrelated forms.
- Draft type and format legal documents and correspondence in both Arabic and English.
- Government Forms Submission:
- Process and submit governmentrelated documents such as visas work permits Emirates ID applications and other laborrelated forms using UAE government portals (GDRFA Ministry of Labor etc.).
- Ensure the timely submission and processing of documents to avoid delays in company operations.
- Liaison with Government Authorities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and government authorities for document submissions and followups.
- Provide advice on legal and government procedures to ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws.
- Data Entry & Record Management:
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for all legal and administrative documents.
- Enter and update data in internal systems ensuring data accuracy for legal and immigration documentation.
- Translation Services:
- Provide translation of documents from Arabic to English and vice versa when needed.
- Compliance & Legal Updates:
- Stay updated on changes in UAE labor immigration and residency laws and provide necessary updates to management.
- Ensure that all documents adhere to UAE legal standards and government requirements.
Skills & Competencies:
- Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills in both Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of UAE Government Procedures: Strong understanding of UAE immigration and labor regulations and experience using government portals.
