Setting the timeline of the project with it s goals and criteria.

Prepare a detailed work plan including the timeline and task assignments (if it is being developed internally).
3.
Work with the team and communicate with the company executing the project.
4.
Ensure the project s success and completion.
5.
Identify and analyse the potential risks.
6.
Develop a plan to mitigate the impact of risks on the project.
7.
Execute the tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
