Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our construction team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in civil engineering particularly in construction projects. This role involves overseeing and managing various construction activities to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion ensuring quality safety and efficiency.
• Prepare and review engineering designs plans and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure successful project .
• Estimate project costs prepare budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Resolve any constructionrelated issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil engineering preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials methods and regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant tools.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Preferred Iraqi nationality.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
  
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
