About Eaton

What youll do:
- Develop the data center technocommercial proposals.
- Manage complex bids and coordinate between multiple BUs and subcontractors / suppliers.
- Actively support DC consultants and end users on Eatons data center portfolio.
- Build the capabilities with the Eaton Panel Builders.
- Pursue the xModular solution and build the technical expertise locally to support it.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering is required
- Min 7 years of experience in electrical industry preferably in data Center solutions UPSs and prefab / modular solutions
- Industry certifications such as Uptime Institute Design and/or TIA942
Skills:
- Leadership attributes Creative thinking Customer centric approach excellent communication
- Strong experience in modular and prefab data center solutions.
- Strong commercial background handling complex tender responses.
- Experience with all electrical systems such as Medium Voltage Low Voltage switchgear busways UPSs white space equipment.
- Ability to work with local and regional teams in a multicultural environment.
- Strong communication skills managing multiple resources with resultoriented mindset.
- Multitasking and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
