Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions at the golf club including receiving payments for services retail purchases and memberships.
- Process credit card cash and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate cash handling reconciliation and endofday reports.
- Provide excellent customer service greeting and assisting guests with inquiries about the golf club its services and facilities.
- Work closely with the other staff to ensure smooth operation of events tee times and facility bookings.
- Handle pointofsale (POS) system ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
- Manage the proper distribution and allocation of service charges and tips.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and area.
- Assist in handling customer complaints or feedback in a professional manner.
- Assist with inventory control for merchandise and goods sold at the golf clubs pro shop or retail area.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience from entrance to departure.
Qualifications:
- Prior cashier or customer service experience (experience in the hospitality sports or entertainment industries is a plus).
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Additional Information:
- Eligible for tips and service charge distributions in addition to base salary.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Benefits
Monthly Salary: AED 4500 AED 5000 (depending on experience)
from tips and service charges
6 days per week 9hour shifts per day (including breaks)
