Job Opportunity: Financial/Business Analyst Dubai

Our nurseries are committed to delivering exceptional education through various pedagogical approaches including the Early Years Foundation Stage (British EYFS) Montessori Method and Reggio Emilia Approach among others.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Financial/Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai. In this role you will be instrumental in analyzing financial performance developing business strategies and providing actionable insights to support our nurseries growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisionmaking and strategic planning.
- Develop and monitor financial models forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze market trends competitor performance and internal financial metrics.
- Prepare detailed business reports and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify business opportunities and optimize processes.
- Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial/Business Analyst preferably in the education sector.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software MS Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team managing multiple priorities.
