We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to oversee our affiliate partners manage networks such as Everflow and lead the launch of a new influencer division. This role involves developing and managing affiliate programs and fostering relationships with certification graduates and personal development product affiliates. This is a dynamic position within a fastmoving company ideal for someone looking to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
Graduate Referral Scheme: Provide weekly marketing assets (e.g. email content social posts static content) for our certification graduates to refer new students ensuring consistent and effective communication.
Personal Development Product Affiliates: Manage and optimise relationships with publishers and affiliates promoting our personal development products maintaining an asset library and ensuring highquality representation of our brand.
Influencer Division Launch: Source build and manage relationships with influencers who align with our customer avatar providing them with the necessary assets and support to promote our brand effectively.
Affiliate Network Management: Oversee the setup and optimization of affiliate accounts ensuring accurate tracking and full optimization to drive performance across various traffic sources.
Budget and Cost Control: Manage marketing spend partner payments and performance reporting engaging with internal and external teams to drive continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with affiliates and influencers understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with our business priorities.
Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow our affiliate and influencer programs working crossfunctionally with internal teams to meet revenue targets.
Trend Analysis and Process Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends identifying new opportunities and recommending process improvements to enhance program performance.
Requirements
Essential:Extensive experience in affiliate management and delivering against targets with a proactive approach to risk management.
System Expertise: Working knowledge of Everflow or similar affiliate management tools.
Content Creation: Ability to develop compelling marketing assets for affiliates and influencers.
Strong Organisational Skills: Excellent coordination analytical and communication skills with a focus on commercial outcomes especially in media buying.
ProblemSolving Strength: Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
Preferred: Experience in personal development products
