Procurement Officer IT background - OMA Emirates Group

• Drive cost savings through negotlations and implementation of process efficiencies.
• Search available products to find the best combination of quality price and delivery.
• Responsible for coordinating all aspects of supply chain activities as determined by project strategy processes and procedures.
• Keep detalled records and prepare and submit necessary reports (E.g. monthend reports)
• Coordinator between IT and Customer service department for vendor registration vendor account updating etc.
• Be extremely proactive and responsive. Manage internal and external customer expectations.
• Responsible for filing of all purchase orders involce copies and related supporting documentation.
• Negotiate with sellers competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category
• Develop exit strategles for unsuccessful products
• Align with the Technology team and marketing to ensure the success of all initiatives
• Responsible for achieving set margins.
