Solar Foreman

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Foreman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar installation and project management as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. The Solar Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the installation of solar panels and ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of solar installers and technicians in the installation of solar panels on residential commercial and industrial properties
• Plan and coordinate daily work schedules ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available
• Train and mentor team members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures
• Monitor the progress of projects and provide regular updates to management
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of project details including materials used labor hours and any changes to the original plan
• Communicate with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have during the installation process

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Engineering Renewable Energy or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar installation and project management
• Knowledge of solar panel installation techniques and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
