Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments develop treatment plans and provide evidencebased speech and language therapy to patients in homecare medical centers clinics or hospital settings.
- Work closely with patients families and healthcare teams to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and strategies to support communication and swallowing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- DHA License or DOH Eligibility/License is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in speech therapy within homecare medical centers clinics or hospitals.
- Proven ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to different patient needs and settings.
