Opening for LOGISTIC COORDINATOR CUM DOCUMENT CONTROLLER- OFFSHORE

Roles & Responsibilities * Reviewing shipment materials before distributions, collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes. * Communicate with MUB marine and arrange the vessel activities daily. * Filing and archiving relevant documentation, Controlling the Documents through the Project. * Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. * Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels * Making special shipping arrangements as necessary * Managing distribution and shipment budgets * Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards. * Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
