Finance Lead - Oracle EPM Cloud Expert Arabic Speaking

• Lead and manage the finance team ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee the implementation configuration and maintenance of Oracle EPM Cloud modules including Financial Management Planning and Budgeting and Account Reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain financial policies procedures and controls to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare and review financial statements budgets forecasts and variance analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems and processes.
• Provide expert guidance and support to team members on Oracle EPM Cloud functionalities and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the finance team.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local regional and international financial regulations and standards.
• Liaise with external auditors tax advisors and regulatory authorities as required.

• Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (Master s degree or professional certification such as CPA CMA or ACCA is a plus).
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules including Financial Management Planning and Budgeting and Account Reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and manage finance teams with excellent people management skills.
• Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
