Patient Relations Officer Call Center - UAEN

Job Description a) Receives and responds to customers and guides them for the process to be followed. b) If new patient registration forms to fill and ask for insurance original card checking for the expiry date, photo and name) and if it is whether be accepted or not. c) Fill the claim form by their name, card number and date of medical service. d) If old patient, asks for his/her pt. ID and call for his/her file in the MRD. e) Updates all customers with the required information or status f) Take appointments for doctors and schedules patients.
