Logistics Coordinator - KGC

We are looking for a fleet coordinator who can join immediately in our company.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure routine maintenance and repairs for all fleet vehicles a rescheduled and conducted promptly to minimise downtime.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all vehicles spare parts and equipment including their condition maintenance history and availability.
• Driver Supervision: Monitor driver performance /Conduct driver training and safety programs/Enforce compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Vehicle Tracking: Utilize fleet management software and tracking systems to monitor vehicle locations routes and efficiency while identifying areas for improvement.
• Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all fleet operations adhere to local regulations including environmental and safety standards.
• Emergency Response: Develop and implement protocols for accidents breakdowns or other fleetrelated incidents.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on fleet performance maintenance costs and efficiency metrics for management review.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement cost reduction and operational optimisation within the fleet department
• Coordination: Manage and coordinate logistics activities including shipping receiving and distribution.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers carriers and internal teams to optimise supply chain processes.
• Logistics Procedures: Implement and improve logistics procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
• Resolving of Issues: Resolve logistics issues and communicate with relevant stakeholders.

Experience:

• Logistics Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
