Backend Mobile App Developer/Web Application Development
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain backend services and APIs for mobile applications.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
- Develop highquality scalable and secure backend systems.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement data storage solutions such as databases data warehouses and caching mechanisms.
- Monitor troubleshoot and improve the performance of existing backend systems.
- Write clean maintainable and testable code.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the backend architecture is current.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer preferably in mobile app development.
- Strong proficiency in serverside languages such as Node.js Python Ruby Java or PHP.
- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- BSc degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of security principles and best practices for backend development.
- Experience with realtime communication technologies such as WebSockets.
- Understanding of mobile application development and the integration of backend services.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: AED3500.00 AED4500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- UAE: 5 years (Preferred)
