Basic Requirements

• Expertise with generative AI tools such as MidJourney, Eleven Labs, Runway ML, or Pika Labs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of video production and post-production, including technical aspects (video formats, codecs, export settings), video editing techniques (color correction, sound mixing, visual effects), 3D animation and motion graphics, scriptwriting and storyboarding.
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional photo and video editing skills, with a focus on trending social media content.
• Strong understanding of current trends in video editing and marketing, particularly on TikTok.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
