Storekeeper - Container Terminal

Roles & Responsibilities Develop plans for organizing all matters related to warehouses operations (raw materials, final product, in-process product, and storage spaces), Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control in accordance to entry and exit. To stock check on a continuous basis, and maintain accurate stock records, on the computer system or as otherwise directed by the Company. To ensure, as far as possible, that consumable items do not go below minimum stockholding, and/or to report if this happens. To identify stock purchases for procurement, and to raise purchasing requisitions for same. To supervise and control the issuing and receiving of tools, spares, fuel, lubricants and other stock items on a day-to-day basis, and be responsible about their safety, serviceability, and cleanliness.
