Chief of Staff crypto industry experience required

Hiring for a large cryptocurrency company in Abu Dhabi.

Job Summary:

The Chief of Staff shall have a critical role in enhancing the efficiency of our team. You will operate crossfunctionally throughout the organization to ensure communication is efficient objectives are clearly defined and progress is being made towards our strategic goals. This position requires deep understanding of our business operations as well as the ability to navigate the complex dynamics of the cryptocurrency market.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor and counsel to the President & COO helping to shape the companys strategic goals and ensuring alignment across the organization.
  
• Facilitate and streamline operational and strategic decisionmaking processes across multiple departments within the company.
  
• Prioritize agendas against longterm goals and core initiatives providing necessary guidance to teams and individuals on key company projects.
  
• Oversee and coordinate daily operations ensuring information flow to and from the executive office is efficient and accurate.
  
• Manage and provide support for organizational planning and execution needs such as meetings offsites and other strategic activities.
  
• Ensure communication consistency and effectiveness across all internal and external channels in partnership with the communications and marketing teams.
  
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including investors partners customers and regulators in the cryptocurrency space.
  
• Lead crossfunctional teams to drive special projects that may include expansion strategies product launches and operational improvements.
  
• Serve as a liaison between staff executives senior leaders and COO regarding company climate employee wellbeing project updates proposals and planning.
  
• Drive initiatives aimed at the development implementation and communication of corporate policies and procedures.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a strategic role such as Chief of Staff Strategy Consultant Business Manager or similar positions in a fastpaced environment.
  
• A deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and blockchain technology.
  
• Strong problemsolving abilities and leadership finesse.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage with a range of stakeholders.
  
• Proven track record of effectively managing complex projects and crossfunctional teams.
  
• Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality as a trusted advisor to senior management.
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience with atleast 4 years of experience in the related field.
  
• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or related field; an MBA or other advanced degrees may be preferred.
  
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
