Oracle Fusion SCM UAT Coordinator

Job purpose

The candidate will have a strong background in software engineering with extensive experience in Oracle SCM implementation. This role will be responsible for coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) managing bug fixes ensuring data migration integrity and verifying the integration of ancillary systems along with following points.

a. Facilitate the seamless integration and implementation of ERP Fusion

b. Complete knowledge of procurement cycle and scenarios development for system testing

c. Oversee the transition from legacy systems to ERP Fusion ensuring minimum disruption to procurement functions.

d. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Technology team to align the ERP Fusion system with procurement needs and objectives.

e. Provide training and support to procurement staff on the new ERP system to ensure proficiency and effective utilization.

f. Living the values of the bank adhering to code of conduct

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

a. Bachelor s degree in software engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

b. Minimum 57 years of experience of procurement functions and eextensive experience with Oracle Fusion SCM particularly in migration projects

c. Proven track record in coordinating UAT managing bug fixes and ensuring data migration integrity.

d. Strong PC Skills i.e. Excel Word MIS office Power Point and good communication.

e. Good command over automated analytical tools to support vendor analysis evaluation matrix performance analysis SLA TAT measurements etc.

f. Professional with a proven track record of integrity and ethical values without any doubt.
