Masa Operator Traniee

Job Description:

We are seeking a Masa Operator Trainee to join our manufacturing team.

The Masa Operator Trainee will be responsible for learning and operating the masa production equipment to ensure the efficient and accurate production of masa products.

This role will involve following standard operating procedures monitoring equipment performance and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

Learn and operate masa production equipment.

Follow standard operating procedures for masa production.

Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Assist in quality control and product testing.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a similar industry. Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other relevant tools. Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
