Job Specific Responsibilities will include:
- Drive top-line performance in line with business plan generated from current and new product and services.
- Prepare sales plan to create awareness and visibility for COMPANY among stakeholders at a national and international level.
- Monitor and track the number of new listings on COMPANY and identify intervention to bring new listings across all products.
- Ensure creation of a database of customers under various categories
- Ensure segmentation of the target customers by appropriate parameters
- Analyse annual customer survey results and plan interventions to enhance quality of service provided by all COMPANY depts.
- Supervise the process of organizing various events on a periodic basis targeted towards specific groups
- Guide the team in ascertaining the eligibility of various customers to be invited for the seminars / conferences.
- Coordinate with the communication team to design the invites, posters and undertake any media planning
- Ensure participation by sending timely invites to the targeted customers and follow-up with them on a regular basis.
- Guide the team to prepare proposals and presentations emphasizing the benefits of engaging with COMPANY and provide product education to all key customer groups.
- Make pitch presentations, conduct meetings and follow-up with targeted companies on a proactive and regular basis.
- Manage relationship with all key customers and ensure COMPANY is a preferred trading platform vis- -vis other exchange.
- Promote COMPANY as the designated exchange for listing of major IPOs as well as other small and medium scale companies.
- Undertake brand positioning for COMPANY as a well-regulated and transparent trading platform.
- Ensure timely update of the customers database.
- Drive issue resolution of key customers through internal team
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in business administration / Management or equivalent discipline
Must have 5-8 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the financial/customer service industry with minimum of experience in handling sales and account management role.
