One of the leading Healthcare facilities is currently looking for a Hospital Administrator Healthcare for the Dubai Location.


The Department Administrator plays a pivotal role partnering with the department chair to provide strategic leadership and manage operations personnel and finances. This role supports the departments teaching research and clinical goals.


In this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Collaborating with the department chair to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Overseeing program development and growth.
  • Managing resources and systems across various clinical research and educational sites.
  • Fostering a positive collaborative and supportive departmental environment.
  • Working in conjunction with the department chair to provide vision leadership organization and direction to the department.
  • Supporting the development and execution of department strategy and goals including providing administrative direction and coordination in the development of current and longrange policies procedures and programs.
  • Ensuring departmental performance including personnel management/staffing financials operations policies systems equipment and procedures to ensure conformance with departmental commitments.
  • Managing the fiscal activities of the department.
  • Overseeing and enforces the accounting and financial management policies and procedures.
  • Preparing implementing and monitoring an annual operating budget that encompasses all funding sources and ensures compliance with institutional rules and regulations.
  • Managing the administrative team within the department across all facilities.
  • Recruiting employing training and managing employees including work allocation promotion and enforcement of internal procedures and controls and daytoday oversight.
  • Performing analysis to support recruitment program expansion and contractions.




Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
  • Masters degree in Business Administration Health Administration Finance Engineering or a related medical field (preferred).
    Bachelors degree in a medical field (or equivalent).
  • 5 years of progressive administrative financial and management experience in healthcare.
  • 23 years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Arabic; strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
