A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager. The selected candidate will develop marketing strategies, lead sales teams, and oversee omnichannel strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies based on market research and data
• Manage staff development, budgeting, and cost control in sales and marketing
• Implement omnichannel strategies for broader audience engagement
• Update promotional materials for products
• Supervise and lead the sales team, monitoring their performance
• Provide ongoing training to ensure the sales team's product knowledge is up-to-date
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience in a commercial position in pharmaceutical company
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial activities
• Excellent networking and collaboration skills
