Hard Skills

• Creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers or designers
• Ensuring drawings adhere to industry standards and project requirements
• Incorporating changes and revisions to drawings as needed throughout the design process
• Maintaining organized documentation of drawings and revisions for future reference
• Following established drafting procedures and utilizing CAD software efficiently to produce accurate drawings
• Participating in design reviews and meetings to discuss project progress and potential improvements
  

Soft Skills

• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and designers to clarify drawing details and resolve design issues
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements
  

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina and some days remote.

Work Environment

Our work environment provides a flexible schedule with office work for 3 days per week and the option to work from home for 2 days.
