Qualifications And Experience
- Experience working on change programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in creating, managing, and implementing complex change communication plans.
- In-depth knowledge of the full range of communication channels and their role in successful engagement, particularly regarding change.
- Experience working with complex subject matters and crafting clear, compelling messages to drive engagement and understanding across a broad audience.
- Proven experience in conducting comprehensive research and analysis to deliver an insight-driven approach to communications.
- Strong project management skills to prioritise and drive communications initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
Desirable
- Experience supporting change within a complex and geographically dispersed organization.
- IOIC/CIM/CIPR qualifications are preferable but not essential.
