الوصف الوظيفي

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst you will be pivotal in supporting the recruitment process leveraging data analytics to optimise talent acquisition strategies. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes. This role requires a keen analytical mindset strong communication skills and the ability to provide datadriven insights to enhance recruitment efforts.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze recruitment data including timetofill source effectiveness and candidate demographics.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitment metrics and trends.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance the overall recruitment process.

Sourcing and Pipeline Management:

  • Collaborate with recruiters to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through various channels including social media job boards and professional networks.
  • Utilize data to assess the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and adjust strategies accordingly.

Process Optimization:

  • Evaluate and streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Implement automation tools and technologies to enhance workflow and reduce manual efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment operations.

Candidate Assessment:

  • Assist in the initial screening of candidates by reviewing resumes and applications.
  • Support the interview process by coordinating logistics and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Use datadriven insights to assess the effectiveness of different assessment methods.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the TA leads business partners and stakeholders to understand talent needs.
  • Communicate effectively with different stakeholders ensuring clear and timely updates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Certification in HR or related field (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and key performance indicators.
