• Developing strong candidate relationships through effective networking on professional networks.
• Contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Crafting and sending engaging recruiting emails.
• Interviewing new candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, career goals, and culture fit.
• Matching candidates to permanent opportunities.
• Generating leads from candidates for new business opportunities.
• Maintaining candidate database and ensuring all relevant data is accurately recorded.
• Providing exceptional service to candidates and acting as a brand ambassador for our clients.
