Key Responsibilities

• Manage the endtoend recruitment cycle across multiple functions.
• Find unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques via various recruiting tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Partner with external agencies and internal HR teams.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Key Skills

• Extensive global recruitment experience particularly in the Middle East and APAC regions within the financial services and fund/asset management sectors. Agency experience is acceptable if complemented by inhouse recruitment understanding.
• Experience in campus/graduate hiring is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently.
• Wellpresented with excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior executives.
