Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Purchasing Officer to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the auto spare parts and bearings industry within the UAE market. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely procurement of highquality materials at competitive prices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 25 years of experience as a Purchasing Officer in the auto spare parts and bearings industry within the UAE.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for auto spare parts and bearings.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers negotiating contracts and terms.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of materials.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier partnerships.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Review and analyze purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve any issues related to quality delivery or pricing with suppliers.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and cost savings.
