Join GMG as Senior Manager HRBP Retail

About the Role:

We is seeking a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our GMG Everyday Goods Retail team. In this pivotal role you will serve as the key connector between Head Office and retail operations driving HR strategies that support business objectives. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with senior leadership to offer thought leadership on HR issues and strategic support ensuring alignment with the companys vision and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business units understanding their unique needs and challenges and translating them into strategic HR interventions.
  • Drive talent management strategies to support business goals including workforce planning succession planning and talent development.
  • Advise and support leaders on performance management employee relations and HR policies ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver HR initiatives and programs that enhance the employee experience foster a highperformance culture and support employee wellbeing.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to continuously improve HR services and processes.
About the Requirements:
  • A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role preferably within Retail Operations.
  • Strong understanding of all HR functions including talent management organizational development employee relations and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into effective HR practices.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to HR decisionmaking.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SAP experience is an advantage
