The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customeroriented Sales Associate to join our team in the retail industry in UAE Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service driving sales and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our valued customers. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers as they enter the store Provide product knowledge and information to customers Assist customers in making purchase decisions and offer recommendations Handle stock display and replenishment Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service and followup

Requirements

• Proven 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment in airport is preferred Proven experience in speed selling product story telling and stock take experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude Basic understanding of cash handling and point of sale systems Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced retail environment Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays Must always be presentable attractive smiling and tidy. Fluency in English
