Key Accountabilities of the role
Primary focus on acquiring new clients, cross-selling existing client relationships and maintaining an active referral network.
Responsible for retention, management and servicing of existing client relationships through growing share of wallet, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and increasing Assets Under Management.
Acting as the first point of contact to identify & handle client (individual/family) banking & financial service needs • Work closely with internal partners/banking professionals to deliver the best-in class products and services to clients in a timely manner.
