Carpenter - Fit out and Restaurants

Job Summary

The carpenter is responsible for maintaining wooden structures and fixtures within the restaurant.

This role will also do the basic painting and carpentry works.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repairs:
• Inspect, identify, and repair or replace damaged or worn-out wooden components.
• Repair wooden structures and fixtures, including furniture, cabinetry and counters.
• Replace Gypsum board and do the painting
• Repair or replace the glass door machines
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel, maintenance supervisor, maintenance
  

coordinator and contractors to coordinate with overall maintenance activities.

• Communicate effectively regarding the status of carpentry works.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of all carpentry work, including project details, materials used and
  

timelines.

• Prepare reports summarizing work status and completion.
• Emergency Response:
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize the downtime and disruptions
  

to restaurant operations

• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in all carpenter activities.
• Implement proper safety measures, including the use of personal protective Equipment
  

(PPE).

• Equipment Maintenance:
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of carpentry tools and equipment.
• Arrange for repairs or replacements when necessary
