BIM SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit Navisworks and BIM 360.
2. Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and translate them into BIM deliverables.
3. Create and manage BIM content templates and libraries to support project needs.
4. Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts within BIM models.
5. Generate construction drawings schedules and other documentation from BIM models.
6. Assist in the coordination and integration of architectural structural and MEP systems within BIM models.
7. Ensure BIM models comply with project standards industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
8. Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to incorporate their models and data into project BIM models.
9. Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM software and workflows.
10. Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies tools and trends to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or related field.
2. Must have 8 years of relevant experience.
3. Proficiency in BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit Navisworks and BIM 360.
4. Strong understanding of BIM principles standards and workflows.
5. Experience in creating and managing BIM models for architectural structural or MEP systems.
6. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative fastpaced environment.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Experience with clash detection and coordination software is preferred.
10. Certification in BIM (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
